Gerald "Jerry" J. Rounbehler
Born and raised in the 5th largest city, Philadelphia, PA. where he graduated
from a renowned Catholic High School. Upon graduation Jerry enlisted in the U.S.
Navy and obtained the highest rank possible for a four-year enlistment as a
Radio Cryptologist Specialist and served in country during the Vietnam conflict.
Jerry entered the Philadelphia Police Academy and graduated with honors to
fulfill a career investigating AUTOMOBILE ACCIDENTS/DEATHS, MISSING PERSONS,
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, FRAUD, THEFT, and DRUG INTERDICTION, becoming the first
Philadelphia Police Department law enforcement officer to initiate a DRUG-LIASION
UNIT which coordinated strike forces from the D.E.A., STATE POLICE, CITY POLICE,
and FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION enhancing a worldwide INTERDICTION resource
information and apprehension program. Additionally, he was also an undercover
vice officer responsible for the police department's (16) member Prostitution
Detail, affecting in the arrest of over 8,000 persons involved in the world of
prostitution and pornography. He is now the President of Regional
Investigations, Inc., and both manages and investigates with a staff of service
oriented and excellent private investigators, both male and female. He is
available to consult with 24 hours a day.

Barbara J. Rounbehler
Born and raised where George Washington crossed the Delaware, Barbara graduated
from a leading high school in the Bucks County, Pennsylvania area. Upon
graduation Barbara relocated to West Germany where she gained the vast
opportunity to travel and experience the European cultures. Returning to the US
she acquired a position with a
major computer firm as an administrator overseeing a staff of employees
responsible for customer satisfaction of clients throughout the northeast area
of the US. After a successful career with a major computer firm she acquired an
education leading to a position with a large hospital as a psycho-social analyst
and intake counselor. Barbara then participated in an ongoing recreational park
program in the State of Texas, initiated by Governor Anne Richards. Barbara
worked for the US Forrest Service in the State of Virginia during its 100th Year
Anniversary. Barbara worked for the Tennessee Valley Authority, State of
Alabama, coordinating and managing the largest recreational facility the TVA
possesses. Barbara became involved with private investigative work utilizing all
her skills and abilities to fulfill her obligations to all her clients. Barbara
has attended and continues to attend training seminars in the field of
investigative work, specializing in locating missing persons, skip tracing and
surveillance.
