PROCESS SERVICE
"Serving the areas of SOUTH CAROLINA in HORRY and GEORGETOWN counties and
NORTH CAROLINA in the NEW HANOVER and BRUNSWICK counties.
STANDARD FEE (SOUTH CAROLINA COUNTIES) $55.00 with three attempts in
HORRY COUNTY and $75.00 with three attempts in GEORGETOWN COUNTY.
STANDARD FEE (NORTH CAROLINA COUNTIES) $80.00 with three attempts in
BRUNSWICK COUNTY and $95.00 with three attempts in NEW HANOVER COUNTY.
AN ADDITIONAL FEE - FOR EMERGENCY SERVICE - of $30.00 will be added for
same day or next day service to be completed within 48 hours of receipt of
service in addition to aforementioned STANDARD FEES for SOUTH CAROLINA and NORTH
CAROLINA.
ALL ADDRESS INFORMATION MUST BE CORRECT - if service is attempted at a
location and the person to be served has moved the service will be deemned
complete.
AN ADDITIONAL FEE of $30.00 will be incurred, to locate a forwarding
address of the person to be served, from a U.S. POST OFFICE FACILITY where the
mail given/supplied address and zip code is in question, to complete proper
service.
SKIP TRACE SEARCHES required (will require a signed written approval by
client) with a FEE of $35.00 per person, to be served, for "basic skip trace
search". Other SKIP TRACE SEARCHES will be billed accordingly (again with
required written approval by client) and FEE of $55.00 will be charged for an
"in depth skip trace search".
If the need for a SURVEILLANCE must be established at a location, to
successfully complete a service of process, a FEE of $50.00 PER HOUR will be
incurred only after (signed written approval by client) in addition to the
aforementioned service fee. It is suggested that a US Post Office check and Skip
Trace Search be performed prior to any needed surveilance
